Inventory Analyst Ensure the accuracy, control, and availability of customer inventory, guaranteeing optimal service levels, reduction of shrinkage, and reliability of information in systems through continuous analysis, reconciliations, and monitoring of key performance indicators. \* Control and analyze physical inventory vs. system (WMS/ERP). Execute and monitor cyclic and general inventory counts. \* Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. Monitor inventory receipts, shipments, transfers, and adjustments. \* Validate proper recording of operational movements (receiving, picking, returns). \* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Alpha Fullcommerce and Rabbit. \* Ensure compliance with Rabbit customer policies and internal guidelines. \* Coordinate with picking, verification, receiving, and quality teams to prevent incidents. \* Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, or near-expiry products. Support internal and external inventory audits. Minimum Required Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum Required Experience (performing these functions): 2 years in inventory analysis and control, e-commerce retail operations, or fullcommerce. Basic Knowledge: Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Position Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
