Responsibilities: * Payment to suppliers/creditors of the Organizations. * Download payment receipts in PDF format. * Apply payments made to the organizations' suppliers. * Weekly outgoing reconciliation. * Control of consecutive numbers of issued checks. * Record bank commissions. * Generate supplier balance file. * Monthly outgoing reconciliation. * Send transaction records of the organizations' cards. Requirements * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * Experience: 1 year (preferred) as an outgoing/incoming analyst, treasury analyst, accounts payable. * Proficiency with Office suite, SAP, Intelisis, SAT, etc. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility.
