Come and join us!** **Purpose:** Lead the group's financial strategy, ensuring sustainability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives. Oversee accounting, tax, legal, and treasury management, promoting a culture of integrity, efficiency, and results. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with the group's objectives. * Develop the business plan and annual budget, and ensure its compliance. * Align the financial plan with operations, accounting, tax, legal, human talent, and technology areas. * Develop financial forecasts and scenario models, implementing Financial Information Standards for planning and reporting. * Approve payment schedules according to the budget. * Lead and supervise the Administration and Finance team, promoting their professional development. * Design and continuously improve financial and administrative processes. * Actively participate in the group's strategic decision-making. * Alert management about financial risks and critical situations. * Coordinate with treasury on investment or debt utilization decisions. * Present results and projections at corporate committees and shareholder meetings. * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards. * Supervise compliance with obligations to SAT, IMSS, ISR, and other tax authorities. * Design and supervise internal financial controls. * Identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Desired: Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 8 years, progressive career in finance or financial leadership roles, preferably in growing companies or with corporate structures. **Technical Knowledge:** * Accounting and administrative systems (ERP, reconciliations, payment portals). * Mexican tax and regulatory legislation (SAT, IMSS, ISR). * Financial Information Standards (NIF). * Financial planning, budgeting, and management control. * Supervision of multidisciplinary teams. **Key Skills:** * Strategic and operational leadership. * High integrity and results-oriented. * Analytical ability and decision-making. * Effective communication and collaborative work. * Ability to work both onsite and remotely. * Travel 10% of the time. * Ability to manage projects effectively.
