Tooling Technician / Setter - Stamping Presses

Job Summary: Responsible for assembling, adjusting, and preparing dies and tools on stamping presses, ensuring successful production startup and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Die assembly and disassembly 2. Tool adjustment and alignment 3. Reduction of downtime during tooling changeovers **Rotating shifts every 15 days:** * First shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Second shift: 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. **Job Objective:** Responsible for assembling, adjusting, and preparing dies and tools on stamping presses, ensuring proper production startup and compliance with quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assembly and disassembly of dies on stamping presses * Execution of model changeovers (setups) * Adjustment and alignment of tools and tooling * Verification of equipment parameters and functionality * Identification and correction of basic tooling faults * Adherence to safety and quality standards * Support in basic maintenance of tools and equipment * Reduction of downtime during tooling changeovers **Requirements** * Prior experience in die or tooling assembly and setup * Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses * Experience in model changeovers * Proficiency with mechanical tools and measuring instruments * Availability to work rotating shifts * Focus on safety, quality, and teamwork We Offer * Competitive salary ranging from $20,000 to $30,000 per month, depending on experience * 10% food vouchers * SGMM * 9% savings fund * 35% vacation bonus * 19 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * Free transportation * Subsidized cafeteria * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Indefinite-term contract with probationary period **Our company is committed to equal opportunity and inclusion.
