**Position: Logistics Planning Coordinator**

**What You’ll Do:**
Coordinate and optimize **national logistics planning**, ensuring proper operation of warehousing, transportation, and distribution among plants (Monterrey and Cuernavaca), distribution centers, and customers—guaranteeing **efficiency, safety, compliance, and service level** across the entire chain.
**Who We’re Looking For:**
We seek a candidate with a **holistic view of the supply chain**, strong analytical capabilities, and an execution-oriented mindset—someone capable of coordinating logistics operations across multiple sites, establishing process control, and delivering results in terms of **cost, service, and compliance**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate **logistics planning and execution** (receiving, warehousing, distribution, and transportation) on a national level.
* Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and standards in logistics and warehousing operations.
* Manage transportation and distribution services, including movements between plants, external warehouses, and customers.
* Monitor operational KPIs and reports to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
* Optimize delivery efficiency, lead times, and logistics costs.
* Ensure compliance with **safety, quality, regulatory requirements, and internal controls** across all operations.
* Coordinate proper inventory management, warehousing, and material flow.
* Promote a culture of **safety, health, and environmental stewardship** within the team.
**You’ll Also Need:**
**Academic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
**Additional Training:**
* Knowledge of logistics operations, distribution, warehousing, and inventory management.
* Experience using operational KPIs and process improvement methodologies.
**Languages:**
* Intermediate to Advanced English
**Experience:**
* 5 years in similar roles within logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
* Experience coordinating operations or interfacing with multiple sites (preferred).
**Position Conditions:**
* Based in **Querétaro**, with frequent interaction with plants in **Monterrey and Cuernavaca**.
* **National** scope.
* Availability to coordinate operations across varying shifts as required.
