Inclusive and diverse work environment A leading Tier 1 automotive industry company specializing in the design and manufacturing of steering systems (electric and hydraulic), steering columns, transmission systems, and related technologies seeks: OPERATOR Job Responsibilities: Work in machining, assembly, and plastics areas. Requirements: Completed primary education. Minimum 3 months of experience (machining, assembly, plastics). Residence in Querétaro for at least 4 months. Valid and up-to-date basic documentation. INTERVIEWS WITH HR, MEDICAL EVALUATION, AND UNION INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED Rotating shifts every 15 days (work on Monday or Saturday): 1st Shift: (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM). 2nd Shift: (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM). 3rd Shift: (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM). We Offer: Weekly take-home pay of $2,300. Bonus for punctuality, attendance, and productivity each week. Food vouchers worth $1,065 per month. Statutory benefits. Additional hiring bonus of $425 (tax-free), paid once between the 2nd and 3rd week. Savings fund contribution of 7%, starting from the 2nd month of employment. 18 days of year-end bonus + 5 extra days if no absences. 6 additional holiday days. Life insurance.
