




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of materials and raw materials in food production, applying regulations such as GMP and HACCP. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures the quality and safety of materials and raw materials. 2. Conducts and coordinates inspections in accordance with food safety standards. 3. Experience in analyzing raw materials and packaging materials. *Ensures quality through periodic monitoring of packaging materials and raw materials *Halts and rejects batches of materials in use that fall outside specifications, and stops production lines when products pose a risk to consumer health or fail to meet quality and/or safety requirements *Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), prerequisite programs, and Standard Operational Sanitation Programs (SOSPs) *Coordinates material inspection activities to ensure the supply of inspected materials Education: Technical high school diploma, Chemical Technician, Productivity Technician, Industrial Technician, Laboratory Technician, or related field Experience: Experience in food manufacturing plants; essential knowledge of raw material and packaging material analysis; desirable knowledge of food safety systems.
