As part of the Maintenance team, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring the reliability and availability of production equipment, and additionally provide support for operational continuity and continuous improvement of processes within our Plant. If you are an analytical, organized individual with a problem-solving focus, we are looking for you. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor Industrial Maintenance Plans (TDM). * Support the review and updating of maintenance plans. * Monitor spare parts replenishment and critical stock levels. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain contact with the Engineering department for technical support. * Manage department documentation. Who Are We Looking For? * Undergraduate students from the 5th semester onward up to recent graduates (must verify active student status for at least one year and no more than six months since graduation). * Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate conversational English. * Proactive profile with strong communication and teamwork skills. * Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
