A leading company in the field of “plastic injection” is seeking an “Injection Technician” Job Requirements: · Minimum education required: TSU in Industrial Processes, Electromechanical Manufacturing area or Industrial Processes, Plastics area (in progress or completed). · Proven experience as an injection technician, minimum 2 years. Job Responsibilities: * Receive and analyze production orders to assign them to operators. * Request the preheating assistant to prepare the required material blends for the day’s injection process. * Supervise that material preheating complies with specifications, timing, and required methods. * Address observations arising from quality tests applied to in-process products. * Set and execute programming of corresponding machinery parameters to initiate the injection process, ensuring correct mold selection and appropriate temperature, pressure, and speed settings. * Identify potential production stoppages for process adjustments, preventive and/or corrective maintenance. * Supervise and instruct on proper machine startup and shutdown procedures. * Promptly detect machinery anomalies. * Verify that the in-development product meets required quality standards. * Detect and segregate non-conforming products falling outside specifications. * Compliance with the 5S methodology. * Daily recording of injection production progress.
