PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Description

We are a company with over 17 years of experience, dedicated to electrical installation services for low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems. We are seeking highly qualified and experienced personnel for our purchasing department. **MAIN REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional degree in logistics engineering, administration, or related field. * Over 30 years of age. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable work experience (preferably in the electrical industry); interns or recent graduates are not eligible. * Employment stability (verifiable and mandatory). * Two letters of professional recommendation. * Proficient use of Excel (mandatory). * Valid Class A driver's license. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving capability. * Knowledge of tools, electrical equipment, etc. * Strong verbal communication skills, negotiation ability, and procurement aptitude. * **COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY.** * **Immediate availability.** ***GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES.*** * Coordinate personnel under supervision to ensure proper collection and delivery of materials. * Review and analyze the scope of quotations for each assigned service to ensure accurate material quotation. * Prepare purchase orders. * Enter and archive data to ensure proper digital and physical control of purchases. * Coordinate maintenance and/or repair activities for our cranes and vehicles. * Manage and track material requisitions submitted by field and office staff for supply to sites and offices. * Ensure proper documentation tracking according to ISO-9001-2015 procedures for documented information. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Supply materials required to carry out maintenance and emergency interventions (typically performed on holidays or weekends, as plant de-energization is required to perform work). * Work toward objectives aligned with the company’s requirements and needs. WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at Av. De las Fuentes 70, Int 09, Parque Industrial Finsa, El Marqués, Qro. SALARY: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month WORK LOCATION: On-site employment
