Job Summary: We are seeking a field telecommunications technician to diagnose failures, replace parts, track incidents, and promptly resolve users' technical requests. Key Highlights: 1. Compusof México We are looking for your talent as a field telecommunications technician. Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field. Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas. (6 months of experience or recent graduate) Knowledge: * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic). * Structured cabling (desirable). * Automated Teller Machines or ATMs (**Diebold NextGen 5550 and 5500\)** * Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, handle and close reports. 100% FIELD * Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical failure requests from users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
