Minimum 6 months of experience as a Technical Support specialist. Job Responsibilities: Planning of on-site technical support visits. Operation of a standard automobile with a valid driver's license. Operating system updates, installations, and replacements at point-of-sale (POS) locations. Equipment updates and installations at point-of-sale (POS) locations. Installation and support of peripherals. Diagnosis and resolution of internet connection failures, including reporting to service providers. CCTV installation and support. Installation and support of telecommunications equipment (router, switch, access point). Preventive maintenance of installed devices. Recording all activities in the mobile application. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair. Daily software and hardware support for end users. At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including maintenance and monitoring of their integration with the network (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
