We are seeking a Construction Site Manager with proven experience, a results-oriented mindset, and interest in job stability and professional growth. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum experience: 3 years as a Construction Site Manager or in a similar position. * Residence: Mexico City (preferred). * Age and gender: No restrictions. * Availability: Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required by the project. Job Description This position involves 50 % on-site activities and 50 % administrative tasks, with responsibility for controlling, monitoring, and ensuring proper execution of renovation projects. Main Responsibilities * Conducting physical site surveys. * Supervising and coordinating on-site work. * Monitoring physical and financial progress of the project. * Preparing construction progress reports. * Preparing billings and estimates. * Quantifying and controlling materials. * Tracking construction processes. * Reconciling progress, billings, and figures with the client. * Controlling and monitoring construction budgets. * Preparing and submitting financial reports, schedules, and progress updates to the client. * Coordinating and supervising internal staff and subcontractors. * Managing administrative closeout of construction projects. Technical Knowledge * AutoCAD: Intermediate–Advanced level (mandatory, 70–80 %). * Excel: Intermediate–Advanced level. * OPUS or NEODATA: Basic knowledge.
