Position Summary: Coordinate, implement, and monitor continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce costs, and ensure quality across business units. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative teamwork with key departments such as logistics and warehouse **Objective:** Coordinate, implement, and monitor continuous improvement projects within operations to ensure process optimization, cost reduction, increased productivity, and compliance with quality standards across business units. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and administrative processes. * Design and implement continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). * Coordinate strategic projects focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions. * Document processes, procedures, and best practices. * Train staff on continuous improvement methodologies. * Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables. * Prepare executive reports on progress and results. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Collaborate with departments such as logistics, warehouse, transportation, and administration. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: 2–4 years in continuous improvement, project management, or operational process management. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. * Proficiency in analytical tools (advanced Excel; Power BI preferred). * Experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL environments (preferred). * Knowledge of performance indicator (KPI) management. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits
