Join our team as a **UX/UI Designer!** **What profile are we seeking?** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Digital Design, or a related field. * Experience in projects as a UX/UI Designer (freelance projects, internships, or social service apply). * Experience designing wireframes, vector-based design, UX Research, and UX Design. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * **Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)** * Solid knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Adobe Illustrator. * Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, visual design ability, and ease working with data. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Research and understand user needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis. * Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows to map the user experience. * Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for new and existing products, prioritizing functionality over visual design. * Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces aligned with brand identity. * Define, maintain, and evolve the design system (components, typography, colors, and iconography). * Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to optimize the user experience. **What do we offer?** * An environment where your creativity and innovation will be valued. * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Growth opportunities. * Enhanced benefits. * Hybrid work arrangement in CDMX (Monday to Friday). * Workplace located in Narvarte neighborhood. **To apply, it is mandatory that you share your portfolio — it may be embedded in your CV.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $14,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your level of proficiency in Figma? * Have you worked on real-world projects directly with clients as a UX/UI Designer?
