Production Supervisor

Supervise the execution of WET production processes and personnel under your charge, in accordance with established safety procedures and standards, as well as the authorized production plan, in order to produce wet pet food on time and meeting quality and safety standards. Supervise the implementation of safety, hygiene, and environmental programs and procedures to comply with established regulations. Comply with prerequisite programs and hazard control plans, as applicable. Verify that product manufacturing follows formulations to ensure products meet specifications. Supervise and manage personnel under your charge to ensure assigned tasks are completed within established timelines, ensuring the use of safety equipment during operations, as well as conduct inspections to verify clean and organized work areas. Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding machine downtime according to MP plans. Report stoppages using defined codes in films and inform maintenance through OTs (breakdown reports). Prepare machine performance reports, downtime records, product deliveries to warehouse, and activity logs to monitor processes and productivity in the area, complying with established production plans. Train personnel under your charge, supervising task execution to ensure competent staff for achieving planned production processes according to human resources procedures, while also developing the ILUO trainer. **EDUCATION:** Completed engineering degree. **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years in a similar position **SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:** Desirable: Familiarity with company's industry (products, processes) Knowledge of quality and food safety certifications Basic industrial machinery knowledge Industrial safety Personnel management KPI indicator management Control and organization Sense of urgency Adherence to processes **INSTITUTIONAL COMPETENCIES:** Teamwork Guiding thinking Flexibility of thought and adaptability to change Leadership Conflict resolution Decision making Customer service orientation **TOOLS USED** Computer equipment, ERP, Quality Systems, Advanced Excel Continuous improvement tools
