**Technical Knowledge** * Recording of basic accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries). * Validation and control of **CFDI 4.0** (revenues, expenses, and payroll). * Basic knowledge of **Income Tax (ISR) and VAT (IVA)**. * Bank reconciliations (basic level). * Basic use of **CONTPAQi Accounting**. * Basic–intermediate use of **Excel**. * Control and filing of accounting and tax documentation. * Basic knowledge of current tax regulations. * Knowledge of any ERP or accounting system. **Main Responsibilities** * Enter basic accounting entries into the accounting system. * Review and validate received and issued CFDIs. * Assist with bank reconciliations and review of bank statements. * Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable control. * Compile accounting and tax files. * Assist in preparing information for tax returns. * Prepare basic accounting reports. * Support internal and external audits. * Archive and safeguard accounting and tax documentation. * Assist with administrative tasks within the accounting department. **Specific Responsibilities** **1. Accounting and Tax Records** * Record revenue, expense, and journal entries. * Validate tax data on CFDIs according to current guidelines. * Classify transactions according to the authorized chart of accounts. **2. Reconciliations and Follow-up** * Assist with monthly bank reconciliations. * Identify discrepancies and report them to the responsible accountant. * Monitor basic balances for suppliers and customers. **3. Monthly Accounting Close** * Assist in preparing closing journal entries. * Review basic integration of transferred and creditable VAT (IVA). * Prepare supporting accounting reports for the close process. **4. Tax Compliance** * Assist in compiling information for Income Tax (ISR) and VAT (IVA) returns. * Maintain organized tax supporting documentation. * Assist with internal tax compliance reviews. **5.
