Organization and attention to detail At Jardines de México, we are seeking a Setup Coordinator\* responsible for planning, supervising, and executing event setups, ensuring quality, timeliness, and proper logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate event setup and teardown * Supervise operational staff * Verify that setups meet established standards * Coordinate logistics for furniture, equipment, and décor * Time control and adherence to schedules * Communication with clients and suppliers * Resolution of incidents during events REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in events, logistics, or setups * Leadership and team management * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Flexible schedule availability (including weekends) * Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in tourism, events, or related field) WE OFFER: * Monthly net base salary * Tips based on the event * Employee transportation * Uniforms BENEFITS: * Preferential discounts Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
