Software installation (OS, Office, Antivirus, plugins, etc.) and institutional applications. Basic network connectivity setup (Domain, etc.). Email configuration. Recovery and digitization of user-signed service reports. Basic antivirus support (installation, updates, etc.). 2. Basic desktop management support. 3. Respond promptly to each service report. 4.
