COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE MANUFACTURING OF PLASTIC PRODUCTS USING INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES. Seeking a production line supervisor for the production area. ROTATING 8-HOUR SHIFTS: * Monday to Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Monday to Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Monday to Friday: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. BASE SALARY OF $2,206 PER WEEK FOR TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: * 1 year of experience in plastic injection processes * Experience in personnel management (general assistants and operators) * Availability to rotate shifts * Reside near Progreso neighborhood in Jiutepec, Mor. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise timely startup of production machines. * Meet production targets. * Perform adjustments on injection molding machines. * Evaluate personnel, quality, and efficiency per production line. * Train personnel. * Complete daily reports. * Monitor scrap rate and reduce it as much as possible.
