We focus on delivering the highest quality to offer our customers the best products. **Job Requirements** * **Residence:** Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán. * **Education:** Technical degree / Bachelor’s degree / Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * **Technical experience in:** \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software. \- Configuration and monitoring of **GPS** systems. \- Basic network administration and remote support. \- Use of **ERP** systems and updating of web templates. \- Inventory control of technological assets. * **Skills:** Problem-solving ability, organization, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Ensure proper operation of the network and computing equipment. * Manage and update databases in the ERP and websites. * Monitor and report on the status of GPS-equipped units. **What We Offer?** * Net monthly salary of $12,500\. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Uniforms.
