Job Summary: EMMI is seeking a Site Manager to analyze, schedule, and supervise electromechanical projects, ensuring adherence to plans, budgets, and regulatory requirements for energy projects. Ensuring compliance with electrical and safety regulations EMMI is looking for your talent as a Site Manager Project located in Chalco, State of Mexico **Responsibilities** * Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and project scope. * Develop and/or review the construction schedule. * Ensure adherence to the construction schedule. * Control project costs, liaise with clients and related departments. * Verify that activities are carried out per drawings, technical standards, and client specifications. * Monitor physical progress of construction. * Construction planning and control. * Organize work fronts. * Prepare progress reports for the Project Manager (PM). * Coordinate activities with external supervision, clients, and related departments. * Ensure application of electrical and safety regulations for all works to be executed. **Technical Knowledge** * Electrical panels, wiring, installation of electromechanical equipment, power supply systems, substation or transformer installation, etc. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. * 5–8 years of experience in similar roles on related projects. * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising electromechanical or energy construction work. * Knowledge of permitting procedures with CFE and CENACE. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Contractor management. * Ensuring the project is executed on time, within budget, with quality and safety. * Immediate availability for hiring.
