Job Summary: Supervise, audit, and ensure compliance with operational processes for handling and returning used oil and marinades, guaranteeing standards and proposing corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. Auditing and supervision of operational processes at branches. 2. Detection of deviations and proposal of corrective actions. 3. Staff training and verification of safety and hygiene standards. **Job Objective:** Supervise, audit, and ensure proper compliance with operational processes related to the handling, storage, and return of used oil and marinades across chain branches, ensuring adherence to operational, logistical, and environmental standards through KPI monitoring and field audits. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Audit branches to verify proper handling and storage of used oil and marinades. * Validate that gallons are correctly identified, secured, and shipped to corporate/plant. * Recovery of used oil. * Return of marinades. * Compliance with collection schedules. * Losses and discrepancies. * Operational incidents. * Coordinate and follow up with the logistics department to ensure efficient routes and collections. * Supervise process compliance at the marinade plant and material receipt. * Detect operational deviations and propose corrective actions. * Prepare reports, audits, and performance analyses per branch. * Train and reinforce operational processes with branch managers and staff. * Verify compliance with internal hygiene, safety, and waste handling standards. * Conduct periodic visits to branches and operational centers. **Education:** Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering/Logistics/Processes or Food Science. **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in operational process auditing within the food supply chain or retail sector. **Knowledge:** * Management of operational KPIs. * Process audits. * Logistics and inventory control. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Report preparation and operational follow-up. * Desired experience in waste management or food processing. **Skills** * Strong sense of organization and follow-up. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability. * Fieldwork capability. * Problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Leadership and negotiation skills. **Additional Requirements** * Willingness to travel. * Availability for operational work and frequent branch visits.
