




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support professional to handle internal customers' requests, manage incidents in real time, and propose service improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attention and management of internal customers' requests and incidents. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Provide remote technical assistance and propose service improvements. Technical Support Requirements * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Domain Server administration. * Knowledge of Hand Held devices. * Configuration of Zebra and multifunction printers. * Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11\. * Microsoft Office Suite 2019 and 365\. * Knowledge of Cisco (APs and Switches) Responsibilities * Handle internal customers' requests or incidents. * Manage real-time support responses. * Propose service improvements for users. * Provide remote technical assistance and other related duties. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
