Position sought: **Cost Analyst** Professional Profile: We seek a person passionate about numbers, analytical, and highly detail-oriented, who wishes to participate in high-impact projects and contribute to the company's efficient and profitable execution. Requirements: · Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Minimum **2 years** of experience in cost analysis for civil works and steel structures (mandatory). · Verifiable experience in construction, industrial, or metal-mechanical companies. · Knowledge of unit price analysis (UPA). · Knowledge of construction regulations (NOM, NTC, etc.) **(desirable)** · Proficiency in cost software such as Neodata, Opus, advanced Excel, and AutoCAD. · Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. · Construction budget control. · Knowledge of construction processes for foundations, concrete structures, and steel structures. Responsibilities: · Prepare and manage detailed budgets for construction projects. · Perform accurate cost and time estimates for each project phase. · Generate and review generator numbers to ensure cost accuracy. · Collaborate with project teams to optimize costs and maximize efficiency. · Prepare financial and progress reports for stakeholders. · Monitor budget compliance and make adjustments as necessary. · Automate data extraction and transformation processes.
