Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area. **What a typical day looks like:** * Leads a team comprising of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements. * Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment. * Responsible for the End to End process. * Manage and develop the personnel in charge. * Follow\-up and Closing of work orders. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * BA/BS or equivalent work experience. * Experience as Production Supervisor. * Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability). * Experience in electronic manufacturing. * Experience in SMT, PTH, BACKEND \& BOX lines. * Availability of schedule. * Personnel management. * English is also a plus. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
