E-commerce / Marketplace Executive **Company:** Eco Plate **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Employment Type:** Full-time At **Eco Plate**, a company dedicated to the sale and distribution of eco-friendly disposable products, we are seeking a candidate for the **E-commerce / Marketplace** department, focused on managing, listing, and monitoring sales on digital platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, Shopify, our corporate website, and other online channels. Position Objective To manage and optimize the company's online sales channels, ensuring products are correctly listed with updated pricing, photographs, descriptions, available inventory, and timely order tracking, customer messages, and client follow-up. Responsibilities * List products on Mercado Libre, Amazon, the corporate website, and other marketplaces. * Update product prices, inventory levels, photographs, and descriptions. * Track orders, payments, shipping labels, and deliveries. * Respond to customer messages on digital platforms. * Monitor competitors, pricing, and product positioning. * Coordinate with the warehouse for order preparation and dispatch. * Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims. * Prepare sales, commission, shipping, and platform profitability reports. * Support strategies to improve online sales performance. * Maintain organized product information and listings. Requirements * Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or online sales. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Mercado Libre and/or Amazon. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Strong spelling and writing skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up ability. * Ability to resolve customer and order-related issues. * Desired: knowledge of photography, technical specifications, or basic design. * Desired: experience with physical products, inventory management, or warehousing.
