Job stability and professional growth **Job Description** We are seeking a **Cleaning Supervisor** responsible for coordinating staff, supervising proper service execution, and managing cleaning materials and equipment. This role will support field teams and ensure customers receive high-quality service. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise cleaning and polishing staff. * Verify compliance with established cleaning routines. * Take attendance and report it to the coordinator. * Address staff concerns and resolve operational issues or incidents. * Supervise proper use of safety equipment (gloves, boots, etc.). * Distribute and manage cleaning supplies and equipment. * Request supplies as needed. * Conduct daily inspections to verify service quality. * Support coverage for staff absences when required. **Work Schedule** * **Mixed schedule** * **Monday to Saturday** * Availability for operational support and on-site inspections **Work Location** * **Downtown Guadalajara** **Requirements** * Minimum education: **Junior High School**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in cleaning or staff supervision. * Knowledge of floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning equipment (preferred). * Responsible, organized, and possessing a strong service-oriented attitude. * **Flexible availability for work hours**. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary: $12,000**. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Career growth within the company. **How to Apply** **Apply now and join our team.** This position is for **immediate hiring**; we seek committed individuals with relevant experience.
