Description
Execute all operational activities of the procurement department, ensuring timely supply under optimal commercial conditions and punctual follow-up on suppliers, deliveries, container liabilities, and logistics. Actively participate in seeking improvements and strengthening supplier relationships, collaborating closely with warehouse, branches, and internal teams.
1\. Generate purchase orders for products and supplies based on internal requisitions or identified needs.
2\. Track orders with suppliers until final delivery.
3\. Verify commercial terms (prices, quantities, discounts, delivery times).
4\. Record orders, deliveries, and statuses in ERP or established tools.
5\. Coordinate delivery logistics with suppliers and transportation carriers.
6\. Conduct occasional warehouse audits to validate stock availability and compliance.
7\. Record and manage container liabilities with both customers and suppliers.
8\. Support supplier performance evaluations (on-time delivery, service quality, pricing, etc.).
9\. Continuously identify new suppliers and opportunities to improve commercial terms.
10\. Promptly report incidents or deviations to the Procurement Manager.
11\. Collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse, finance, and branches to ensure smooth flow of supplies and products.
12\. Supplier liaison. Continuous pursuit of commercial improvements and market trends.
13\. Market research and quotations.
14\. Fiscal document tracking.
15\. Ongoing search for new commercial partners.
16\. Monitor supplier payments and credits.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM \- 5:00 PM
Saturdays: 7:30 AM \- 3:00 PM
Sundays: Days off

Salary: $15,400\.00 \- $16,600\.00 per month
