




Job Summary: We are seeking an Implementation Consultant (Accountant/Payroll Specialist) to provide support in implementing payroll systems, ensuring proper functionality and client training. Professional development with growth opportunities A company specializing in human resources and payroll management software is looking for: **Implementation Consultant (Accountant / Payroll Specialist)** **Objective:** The payroll executive will primarily provide support during the implementation of the "Proseso Payroll System" either on-site at the client’s premises or remotely. They will review and verify that the system meets the client’s specified requirements. **Requirements:** * Age: 28–45 years old * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or Labor Relations**. * Preferred coursework in payroll, labor and tax legislation, payroll software, accounting, etc. * Minimum **2 years** of mandatory experience in **accounting (recording, reconciliation, reporting)** * 4 years of experience as an accounting assistant/payroll specialist (comprehensive payroll management). * 3 years of proficiency and experience in Labor and Tax Legislation (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN), Payroll Calculation (ability to accurately calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits), accounting fundamentals applied to payroll, compensation and benefits administration, and payroll audit techniques. * 3 years of experience with payroll software (Proseso, Nomipaq, Contpaqi preferred but not mandatory). * **Willingness and availability to travel**, and perform tasks at client offices. * Basic English **Willingness and availability to travel** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare or register the Work Plan on the Teamwork platform. * Validate correct operation of the installed system in the client’s environment. * Define and configure system Roles/Users. * Train users on proper system operation. * Perform data import and jointly validate it with the client. * Review biometric device configuration. * Verify that attendance incidents are applied according to established policies. * Verify that payroll payment policies comply with the project’s scope statement. * Verify correct generation of reports and detailed reports specified in the project’s scope statement. * Support users during parallel payroll processing / train users. * Accompany users during calculation and payment of the first live payroll runs. * Collect signatures releasing various annexes of the scope statement. * Accompany the client throughout the implementation process—including data loading, training, validation, and system release—ensuring correct operation per the project’s scope statement. **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Internal and external customer orientation * Teamwork **Benefits Offered:** * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm * Salary: $17,000 gross monthly (non-negotiable) * Bonus upon successful implementation completion (approx. quarterly) * Biweekly payment * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (grocery vouchers, punctuality bonus, and attendance bonus at 10%) * Growth Opportunities **Location:** Downtown Guadalajara, near Normal.
