Job Summary: Grupo Casillas is seeking an experienced Concierge with expertise in general maintenance, gardening, and cleaning, possessing excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attention and assistance to condominiums and residents 2. Building/condominium access control 3. General maintenance and cleaning Grupo Casillas is seeking a Concierge for the Argentina 824 development\. Profile: * Education: Minimum primary school level. * Experience: 1 to 2 years * Knowledge: General maintenance, gardening, plumbing, electricity, general cleaning, basic computer use, basic mobile phone use. * Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, helpful, and able to work collaboratively in a team. Responsibilities: * Building/condominium access control. * Logbook registration of visitors, suppliers, etc. * Assistance to authorities and service providers: CFE, SIAPA, Gas, etc. * Attention and assistance to condominiums and residents. * General cleaning, basic gardening, and plant irrigation. * Inspection, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment. * Receiving packages, courier deliveries, or correspondence. We Offer: * Fixed monthly salary of $12,000 net; after the fourth month, with permanent employment contract based on strong performance, salary may increase to $13,500 net per month. * Biweekly payment. * 100% IMSS registration. * Statutory benefits. * Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00 hours.
