Process Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to standardize, optimize, implement improvements, and certify processes, creating interdepartmental synergies and resolving issues with high-quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in process engineering and continuous improvement 2. Participation in process standardization and optimization 3. Interdepartmental collaboration to solve problems We seek support in the process engineering area for process standardization, implementation of improvements, operational certification, creation of visual aids, process optimization, engineering trials, line balancing, procedure writing, and operational training. Create synergy among service departments such as maintenance, quality, projects, and warehouses. Support root-cause problem solving arising from customer complaints, internal or external audits, ensuring all activities comply with the highest quality standards and conform to FSC22000 certification, HACCP plan, and BPMS. Main Responsibilities: Standardize operating parameters per equipment or process. Support Kaizen and A3 Project implementation. Support operational certification. Create visual aids. Manage and propose action plans to resolve current manufacturing or process issues related to low line productivity. Participate in action plans to support resolution of customer complaints, audit observations, and non-conformities from external audits. Conduct preliminary and industrial trials of new packaging materials or re-engineering initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a role of similar responsibility, performing process engineering support, continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge of packaging processes. Lean Manufacturing, Yellow Belt. Knowledge of project execution and improvements. Statistical Process Control (SPC). FSSC 22000 and basic HACCP (Desirable). BPMS (Desirable).
