Toka Internacional, a payment solutions company with a strong track record, is currently expanding and invites you to join its team. We are looking for a Logistics Data Analyst. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree. Advanced Excel proficiency. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday mornings. Experience in database management and data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Oracle, Excel, and Power BI. Required knowledge: cost analysis, production time management, problem solving, route optimization. Responsibilities: • Ensure KPI compliance for operational processes to support decision-making: 99% SLA delivery within 3 days, 95% customer satisfaction. • Use data and metrics to evaluate distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Collect, analyze, and manage large volumes of data related to issuance and distribution, including processing times, costs, and inventory levels. • Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and availability of relevant information. • Create data reports and visualizations to support strategic and operational decisions. • Statistical modeling, database management, forecasting, cost analysis.
