JOB PROFILE FLEXOGRAPHIC PREPRESS DESIGNER Schedule Monday to Friday: 08:30 \- 18:20 Job Description: Responsible for reviewing, correcting, and preparing files for printing output. Main Responsibilities and Requirements 1\. Review workload and manage priorities according to the production schedule. 2\. Review complete files and materials for production. 3\. Prepare work orders with corresponding specifications. 4\. Validate work orders, emails, and project authorization to release plate production. 5\. Complete and submit the daily productivity report. Essential Requirements (Education and Experience) Requirements: 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. 2\. Minimum 2 years of experience in Prepress. 3\. Experience in prepress workflow. 4\. Experience in imposition, preferably with Preps. 5\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 6\. Proficiency in graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, PitStop). 7\. Knowledge of die-cutting, varnishing, and hot stamping. 8\. Experience in file corrections, imposition, and preparation for flatbed and rotary presses, as well as knowledge of various finishing techniques. 9\. Knowledge of trapping. 10\. Proficiency in PC and MAC. Desirable Requirements: Experience with processors, CTP systems, and digital printers. Work Environment Aspects 1\. Ability to work under pressure. 2\.
