**Description** ***About the company*** A leading international company specializing in the design and manufacturing of test and automation equipment for the electronic manufacturing industry. **Requirements:** Dynamic, proactive engineer or technologist with strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. * Technical high school diploma or higher degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation or related field. * 3\+ years of work experience in the SMT / TE / ICT industry. * Proficiency in at least one of the aforementioned test systems; possess analytical and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English. * Applicants holding U.S. visas will be given priority. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. **Job Responsibilities** * Operate and maintain test equipment such as TRI\-518, TRI\-8001, and TRI\-5001\. * Participate in testing activities related to the SMT industry; must possess knowledge of electronic circuits and defect analysis capabilities. * Independently implement test plans, configure and debug test platforms. * On-site support domestically and internationally. **Working Conditions:** * Gross salary commensurate with experience. * 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. * La Venta del Astillero, Zapopan. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Savings Fund 13%, Grocery Vouchers 10%, Thirteenth Salary 30 days, Fonacot, SGMM and Life Insurance, Vacation Bonus 60%, Bonus and Transportation Service, Annual Salary Adjustments, Annual Clinical Check-up, Team-building Events and Social Dinners).
