Reviewing the status of new employees at IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot. Preparing, safeguarding, and updating employee records. Induction of personnel into the company in collaboration with Gestion. Preparing, safeguarding, and updating job descriptions for employees. Submission and updating of RIT and Collective Agreement before STPS. Verify compliance with the company's Internal Work Regulations (RIT). Prepare administrative reports for non-compliance with RIT. Prepare reports on employee attendance and incidents (weekly and biweekly). Filing attendance lists, payroll drafts, pay slips, administrative reports, etc. Prepare final settlement requests in coordination with accounting, as well as deliver them. Coordinate and schedule company events. Provide information or clarification regarding employee payments. Collect signatures for payroll tax receipts. Coordinate training courses and workshops with other departments. Physical and digital vacation control, in coordination with Accounting. Lead, control, and manage compensation and bonuses based on established criteria. Establish and promote positive interpersonal relationships among staff. Foster a positive work environment. Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and determination of operational controls. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Accounting, Social Work, or related fields 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Broad general management knowledge. Experience with recruitment sources. Conflict management. Emergency response. Intermediate Excel skills. Federal Labor Law. Social Security Law. Internal Work Regulations. Training in Human Resources and Labor Regulations. Labor Relations and Personnel Administration. Basic knowledge of ISO standards. Knowledge of NOM-035.
