WE ARE SEEKING A WORKSHOP MANAGER FOR THE WALMART DC, ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT SAR MW Responsibilities: * Coordinate and verify work performed by assigned personnel. * Schedule weekly maintenance activities. * Monitor repair progress. * Administer and authorize spare parts issuance, ensuring inventory control and expense management (SPL system). * Train and mentor technical staff to ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards. * Generate and analyze departmental KPIs, and maintain the 5S methodology (cleanliness and order) in the workshop. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Level B Mechanic. * Education: Completed high school; technical degree preferred. * Age: Between 22 and 55 years old. * Experience in tractor-trailer and trailer maintenance. * Technical mechanical and electrical diagnostics. * Maintenance planning, cost control, and budgeting. * Valid Class C driver's license. * Willingness to travel occasionally. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. SALARY: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month. WORK LOCATION: On-site employment
