**Food industry company seeks Demand Planner** **We offer** * Monthly salary of **$38,000 gross** * Year-end bonus equivalent to **30 days** * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Savings fund contribution of **2%** * Funeral assistance for immediate family members * Three annual food basket deliveries containing company products * Statutory benefits **Location and Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Venta del Astillero, Zapopan, Jalisco **Responsibilities** * Design and optimize the national distribution network using quantitative models * Develop optimization and scenario simulation models for logistics and demand * Lead the end\-to\-end demand planning process and official forecasting * Measure and improve KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service Level, and OTIF * Align demand scenarios with decisions regarding network design, inventory, production, and capacity * Integrate analytical models with SAP and specialized tools * Lead and participate in the monthly Sales, Operations, and Demand Planning (S&OP) process to align inventory, production, and service levels * Present executive-level analyses to support strategic decision-making **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or related degree * Technical English (reading and comprehension) – mandatory * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or analytics * Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry * Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling * Experience in network optimization and/or demand planning, including participation in or leadership of integrated business planning (IBP) or S&OP processes * Knowledge of supply chain network design and optimization * Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI * Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making skills If you seek a strategic role with structural impact on the supply chain, apply now!
