Position Summary: Supervises and verifies merchandise inbound and outbound activities, manages inventory, and ensures accurate invoicing and product delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of verifier rotation COMERCIALIZADORA DE FRUTAS FINAS TARAHUMARA MERCHANDISE INBOUND AND OUTBOUND SUPERVISOR * Verify product outbound for cash and credit sales, both retail and wholesale, at aisle, floor, and loading dock. * Full control over physical deliveries not yet invoiced, as well as invoiced products not yet delivered to the customer. * Validate that adjustments reflect appropriate costs and do not adversely affect averages; also verify that adjustments are correct and properly applied in the system. * Identify invoiced products not yet collected by customers. * Manage credit and cash invoices with customer signature. * Generate reports on missing, damaged, and surplus materials. * Verify product outbound controls (sales notes, cash and credit invoicing). * Audit physical inbound merchandise to sales floors. * Coordinate verifier rotation across sales floors.
