Opportunity for growth At TAG de México, a company specializing in technical services, maintenance, and installations for service stations, we are looking for a **Director Assistant** to join our Administrative Team to track projects and processes. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and track service orders. * Coordinate technical staff schedules. * Project management and tracking. * Administrative data entry and control. * Telephone and email communication with clients and suppliers. * Document filing and control. * General administrative and operational support. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role. * Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and email. * Prior experience in service or maintenance companies is desirable. **Skills** * Task organization and follow-up. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service orientation. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM.
