Logistics coordination and customs documentation for international trade. ***Operations Executive and Customer Service (Logistics / International Trade)*** A logistics and international trade company seeks talent to join its operations team, with a focus on customer service and import tracking. **Position Objective:** To provide comprehensive and timely customer support and follow-up, ensuring accurate administrative, operational, and financial management of import operations, while guaranteeing clear communication, process control, and professional service. **Responsibilities:** \* Customer attention and follow-up throughout the entire import process. \* Receipt and analysis of supplier quotations. \* Preparation of logistics quotations (freight, insurance, documentation, transportation, and taxes). \* Collection of technical product information for import. \* Validation with customs agency (tariff classification, NOMs, and regulations). \* Shipment tracking (departure, transit, arrival, and release). \* Freight coordination, including air operations. \* Control of case files and operational documentation. \* Management of customer accounts (advances, payments, and records). \* Issuance of partial and final invoices. \* Customer and supplier registration in system. \* Recording and updating of operations in internal system. **Requirements:** \* Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. \* Experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \* Experience with CRM or administrative systems (preferred). \* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up ability. \* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers. **Competencies:** \* Customer orientation. \* Organization and control. \* Attention to detail. \* Professional communication. \* Ability to work under pressure. \* Responsibility and confidentiality. **Desired Knowledge:** \* International trade and imports. \* International logistics (maritime and air). \* Customs documentation. \* Invoicing. **Benefits:** \* Salary: $15,000 MXN per month. \* Statutory benefits. \* Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Remote work; schedule may vary).
