Contribute to defect reduction and process optimization in production, especially in projects related to automation and electronic equipment. **Profile Requirements** **Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent minimum. * Preferred technical or professional training in **Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields.** **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year of experience in inspection and quality control.** * Prior experience in the **automation or electronic equipment industry** is desirable. * Knowledge and/or handling of **ICT fixtures** is highly valued. **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge and application of **quality analysis tools**: 5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, 5S * Ability to **identify, document, and track basic quality issues.** * **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, macros preferred), as well as Word and PowerPoint. * Basic knowledge of **measuring instruments** (calipers, multimeters, micrometers, etc.). * Familiarity with **ISO 9001 or similar standards** is desirable. **Personal Competencies:** * High sense of responsibility and commitment. * **Attention to detail** and results orientation. * **Positive attitude, proactivity, and willingness to learn.** * **Teamwork ability** and collaboration across departments. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Other Requirements:** * **Availability to work overtime or rotating shifts**, as required by the department. * **Interest in professional growth and continuous learning** within the quality field. * Adaptability to change and process improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **visual, dimensional, and functional product inspections** per specifications. * **Document and report** non-conformities or deviations. * Support **root cause investigations** using quality analysis tools. * Prepare **Excel reports and presentations** for quality review meetings. * Collaborate with **production, engineering, and maintenance** to resolve issues affecting product quality. * Ensure **ICT fixtures and test equipment are in optimal condition** for use. * Participate in **internal audits** and follow up on corrective actions. * Contribute to **continuous improvement projects** and process optimization. * Comply with the company's established **safety, quality, and environmental procedures.** **Working Conditions:** * Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience * Benefits: Statutory \+ enhanced (13% savings fund, 10% food vouchers, SGMM, life insurance, 30-day bonus, 60% vacation premium, among others) * Work location: Parque Pinar Empresarial * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
