**Are you a Production Planner specialized in manufacturing?** Stelium Koncept is seeking talent for the Production Planner position, preferably with manufacturing experience. **Objective** Ensure accurate production planning and control to meet delivery deadlines, optimize resources, and guarantee quality in internal processes—aligning installed capacity with customer demand and the company’s strategic objectives. **Education:** Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering (preferred) **Experience:** 2–4 years in production planning, preferably within a manufacturing company with mixed-process operations. **Key Challenges** * Integrate manual and digital processes into the planning system (Odoo) to enhance efficiency. · Reduce idle time and optimize production across different departments. * Ensure material availability. * Perform realistic forecasting to maintain operational control. **Main Responsibilities:** * **1\.** ***Production Planning*** · Develop weekly and monthly production plans. · Analyze sales orders and installed capacity. · Define work routes and process sequences with Display Lab. · Generate weekly and monthly schedules. · Adjust plans in response to demand changes or urgent requirements. · Adjust production plans according to staff absences. ***2\. Monitoring Performance and Cross-Department Coordination*** · Validate material availability with Procurement and Warehouse. · Confirm setup times with Production. · Review daily progress on the shop floor. · Identify deviations and reschedule activities. · Inform management of non-compliance risks and communicate them to relevant departments. · Implement immediate corrective actions. · Track work orders in the system. ***3\. Indicator Analysis and Improvement Proposals*** · Calculate line-level and order-level efficiency. · Identify process bottlenecks. · Generate reports on idle time. · Present proposals for optimization. ***4\.
