Support global regions and ensure localization excellence The Web Content Program Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and governing content‑related initiatives across the Web Publishing ecosystem while acting as the primary point of contact. This role coordinates end‑to‑end publishing workflows, streamlines processes, liaises between IT, stakeholders, regions, and web publishers, and upholds quality through rigorous testing and tracking. Success is defined by tickets driven to completion, thorough testing, current documentation, on‑time localization, and consistently error‑free delivery. The role also coordinates individual content projects end‑to‑end, oversees cross‑project program alignment, drives standards governance, and provides operational and localization support to Business Lines and regional teams. The position requires strong coordination and communication skills, governance discipline, and a focus on operational excellence. Provide operational and process support to Business Lines, ensuring efficient execution of product launches and operational requests. **Responsibilities** * Optimize request intake processes to reduce complexity and turnaround time. * Deliver monthly reporting, performance summaries, and operational insights. * Maintain governance frameworks and high‑quality documentation for Business Line workflows. * Support all phases of delivery, from intake and scoping through preview and production release. * Communicate blockers, risks, and decisions promptly to stakeholders. * Triage and prioritize tasks across multiple workstreams to protect timelines. Content Projects – Project Management Lead and execute content‑related projects as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality execution. Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage major content projects end‑to‑end, acting as the primary point of contact. * Ensure projects meet schedule, scope, and quality expectations. * Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, including timelines, requirements, workflows, and decisions. * Drive alignment with stakeholders from Web Enablement, IT, UX, Global Content teams, and Business Lines. Content Projects – Program Management Oversee the broader ecosystem of content projects to ensure strategic alignment, prioritization, and operational consistency. Responsibilities * Coordinate activities across the Web Enablement team’s project portfolio to ensure alignment with company goals. * Define and guide program strategy, implementation, governance, and success metrics. * Facilitate communication across cross‑functional teams and clarify ways of working. Regional \& Localization Support Support global regions and ensure translation and localization excellence. Responsibilities * Guide global and regional teams on translation workflows, tools, and best practices. * Resolve translation‑related tickets and ensure consistent, high‑quality localized content. * Provide technical documentation guidance and ensure workflows remain scalable and consistent. * Support localized content delivery for China and Japan websites. Qualifications Must‑have * 3–5 years of experience in web content operations, cross‑functional coordination, project management, or digital project coordination. * Experience coordinating across IT, regional teams, and vendors. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management across time zones. * Working knowledge of CMS/web publishing platforms and translation tooling/workflows. Nice‑to‑have * Experience with Workfront or similar work‑management tools; Confluence or similar documentation platforms. * Basic understanding of web QA, link checking, accessibility, and SEO for localized pages. * Experience working with translation and localization services.
