Position Summary: IMJ Media is seeking a Systems Intern to handle complex incidents, provide support to executive users, and manage network, server, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Advanced hardware and network diagnostics **IMJ Media** is seeking a **Systems Intern:** **Responsibilities:** * Handle complex incidents, remote and on-site support, infrastructure deployment, and support for executive-level users. * Networks (VLANs, switches, firewalls, Ubiquiti/Dream Machine) * Servers (Windows Server, Linux, virtualization) * IP Telephony (FreePBX, Grandstream) * Hardware and network diagnostics * Remote management tools and VPN * Administration of the Microsoft 365 admin center (EntraID, Teams, SharePoint). * Security and advanced permission management, plus infrastructure administration in Microsoft 365\. **Required Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems * ITIL knowledge * Proficiency in and troubleshooting capability for macOS and Windows **We Offer:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm * Salary range: $10,500 to $12,000 MXN per month, tax-free. * Statutory benefits **Work Location**: Av Pablo Neruda 2759\-Interior 1\-A, Providencia Cuarta Sección, 44639 Guadalajara, Jal.
