Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, Campus Norte. Reporting to the Production Manager, responsible for managing a production line, ensuring proper utilization of human resources, materials, machinery, and time to execute production plans correctly. A typical day at work includes: * Monitoring the daily production plan. * Managing and developing direct reports. * End-to-end process ownership. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly schedule adherence. * Work order closure. * Leadership and communication skills. * Effective analysis and resolution of operational problems. * Time studies and line balancing. Experience we seek to add to our team: * Engineering degree or related experience. * Experience in low- and high-volume manufacturing. * Knowledge of SMT is desirable. * Experience in electronics manufacturing. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management experience. * Flexible working hours. * ERP knowledge (WD and KRONOS) is a plus. * Proactivity and initiative for continuous improvement. * Basic Excel proficiency.
