**Job Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of restaurant facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and finishing systems (painting, ceramic tiles, drywall), guaranteeing safety, functionality, and aesthetic presentation of the space, while contributing to the efficient operation of the business. **Requirements** * Education: Completed junior high school or high school. Technical training in electricity, plumbing, or maintenance (preferred). * Minimum experience: 1 year in general maintenance, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or commercial establishments. * Knowledge of: Basic and intermediate electricity, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. * Installation and repair of drywall walls and ceilings * Application of paint and patching compounds * Installation and repair of ceramic tiles * Use of hand and power tools **Skills** * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Problem-solving ability * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Organization and time management * Attention to detail * Advanced plumbing knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations (e.g., replacing light fixtures and outlets, inspecting electrical panels, etc.). * Address and repair leaks, blockages, and malfunctions in hydraulic and sanitary systems. * Apply paint and patching compounds to walls, ceilings, and various surfaces. * Install and repair ceramic tiles on floors and walls. * Assemble, repair, and adjust drywall walls and ceilings. * Assist in installing or relocating electrical or plumbing equipment. * Maintain control over tools, materials, and supplies required for assigned tasks. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards during all interventions. * Respond promptly to operational staff reports regarding malfunctions or damage. * Support coordination with external vendors when specialized work is required.
