Make It With Pride.** You work as part of a cross\-functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience **How you will contribute** With the support of a manager and technical coaches, you will design and implement projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements and effectively communicate project statuses and risks. As part of that planning process, you will conduct activities to generate the appropriate process information, using modelling, simulations, and pilot plant and plant trials in accordance with good manufacturing practices and HACCP requirements. You will also plan and conduct process development activities including process design and specifications, process scale\-up and commissioning, technical risk assessments and create and maintain accurate consumer centric process specifications. In this role, you will assist in planning the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies, and manage stakeholders, making recommendations and influencing decisions based on analysis and interpretation of data. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Checks staff attendance and arrival times, and conducts supervision rounds of the sales floor and warehouse. * Verifies with the floor or grocery supervisor the promotional bulletins and price changes, ensuring that offers are correctly implemented on time. * Analyzes the price change report and confirms with CEDIS regarding possible administrative errors in order to make the necessary corrections. * Orders the removal of border labels affected by the day's price changes to maintain proper labeling appearance. * Conducts a general inspection of the store exterior, parking lot, and receiving area, checking cleanliness and lighting to maintain order, cleanliness, and store image. * Conducts an inspection throughout the interior of the store, sales floor, and warehouse to identify areas for improvement and assign tasks. * Supervises the checkout area and ensures cashiers are ready to begin their duties and provide good customer service. * Supervises all store departments, verifying cleanliness, stock replenishment, and product display. * Reviews daily sales reports, previous day results, profit margins, shrinkage, shortages, and overages to inform the Store Manager. * Reviews company emails to ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks. * Reviews pending issues with each area supervisor, customer complaints, market conditions, and department needs to ensure high-quality service and achievement of department goals. * Follows up on internal procedures and controls to comply with company policies. * Supervises the receiving area, verifying that orders are fulfilled according to the purchase order to ensure proper processes are followed. * Maintains constant communication with customers to provide better service and address suggestions. * Supervises the customer service provided by staff across all store areas. * Supervises merchandise placement in the warehouse, sales floor, shelves, display cases, cold rooms, and special displays to prevent accidents and maintain organization. * Supervises tasks assigned to staff to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities.
