By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms—because the best work happens when you’re free to be yourself and share your unique experience. ### **What will be your contribution to the team?** In this role, you will machine aluminum aerospace components with cycle times ranging from 1 to 6 hours, frequently changing models at your workstation. * Operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines. * Interpret 2D engineering drawings of parts to be machined (general tolerances, precision tolerances, fits, and GD&T). * Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators). * Accurately complete reports and self-inspections for quality and production supervisors. * Perform preventive and predictive maintenance. * Conduct tool and fixture changes for CNC machining. Perform model changeovers. * Reduce waste in production and transactional processes. * Support basic training of new technical assistants. ### **What do you need to succeed in this role?
