Position Summary: We are seeking a Developer / Project Leader to manage processes, sales strategies, and personnel administration in a design and advertising company. Key Highlights: 1. Our processes span from design and large-format printing to on-site installation with our clients.** **We require: Developer / Project Leader** **We offer** * Base gross salary of $15,000 per month (100% nominal) * Project-based bonuses * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, PTU) * Direct employment with the company, 100% registered with IMSS * Grocery vouchers starting in the third month * Biweekly payment * Our office is located in Naucalpan de Juárez **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer / Marketing Designer * Proficiency in Office / ERP software * Flexible availability (Monday to Saturday) **Responsibilities:** * Effective communication * Project control and management * Proposal generation, prospecting, sales strategies, and sales analysis * Time optimization * Administration and development of personnel under supervision * Weekly billing follow-up * Decision-making, rigorous process control, and problem-solving ability * Monitoring of the company’s operational processes * Work plan development * Resource administration * Statistical and results reporting * Preparation of meeting minutes documenting agreements reached during meetings Interested candidates should apply through this channel to Lic.
